The Conservancy is governed by the Board of Directors who are responsible for approving projects and annual operating budgets and expenditures for the Conservancy. The Executive Director is appointed by the Board of Directors and manages projects and programs as approved by the Board. The Executive Director and the accountant are responsible for accounting, audits, and preparing quarterly financial reports. The rules of conduct are detailed in the Conservancy Bylaw’s which were prepared in 2004.
